By accessing or using the services provided by Meatzy (operated by Zayvika Flavors Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Service Overview & Fresh Cutting

Meatzy is a hyperlocal meat ordering and delivery platform servicing Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. All meat products are cut, cleaned, and packaged strictly upon receipt and confirmation of customer order to guarantee maximum hygiene and freshness.

2. Pricing & Market Variations

Fresh meat prices in Bhiwandi fluctuate as per daily wholesale livestock market rates. The final price applicable to your order is the confirmed rate at the time of order booking on WhatsApp or web checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines & Slots

We operate two primary delivery slots: Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and Evening (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Orders placed outside active processing hours will be dispatched in the subsequent earliest delivery slot.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, returns are accepted exclusively at the time of doorstep delivery. If you observe any packaging damage, incorrect cut, or quality concerns upon delivery, notify our delivery agent immediately or message us on WhatsApp with photos within 60 minutes of delivery.

5. Delivery Partner Code of Conduct

Delivery partners registered under the Meatzy Saathi program agree to uphold thermal bag sanitization standards, follow traffic laws, carry required identification, and maintain respectful conduct with customers.
